RETURN POLICY: "ALL SALES ARE FINAL ... NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, NO EXCEPTIONS".

   Due to the delicate nature of our soft products, like all other designer prom & bridal shops, stores & boutiques that sell prom, bridal and various styles of designer dresses, we do not give refunds, we do not take returns, we do not make exchanges and we do not give store credit on any orders, including special orders. We do not accept cancellations on orders for any reason. Dresses will fit each person differently depending on their particular figure. We recommend the dress size that will accommodate your largest measurement. Alterations may be necessary to attain the best fit. Alterations are always at an additional cost to the customer. 

 No wedding dress retails are reflected online due to the contractual agreements with the designers, by stating a zero price or non-posted retail price. Wedding dress prices are only displayed in-store only per the agreement.  .
